Greetings!

Word of warning...

I am not a good blogger.  I have tried and tried to write moving pieces before on Sparkpeople and is just not me.  I sound to fake.  This is me, just trying to be me.

I'm trying to decide where to go with this blog..do I make it just about my weight loss journey, or about my life in general?  I don't have to decide right now.

My starting weight in January 2011 was 357 lbs.  My current weight is 216 lbs.

  5. I'm so glad I found you! You are encouraging me more than you could know :) I am thinking about starting a blog too, but it won't be solely for weight loss, it'll be everything, with weight loss thrown in :) Keep it up, mentor :D

  6. First off, you look wonderful! What hard work you've done to get that far! Kudo's to you!

    Secondly, as a blogger of about 2 years now, blog about your life. Weight loss is part of your life, right? So make the blog part of you. Write candidly and about how you feel and what you ate and how you have lost weight. Being you makes blogging so much easier and much more rewarding on a personal level.

    Think of it as your virtual scrap book about you, your life and your weight loss journey!

  7. Hi, I just came across your facebook page a couple weeks ago and was amazed at how well you have done. I have been struggling also with my weight. I would love to know what your motivation is. I feel like I am in the right mind set when I start every diet, but then I start to slack off and then its over. I have always wanted to start a blog but have no clue how. I enjoy seeing your updates, and keep up the good work!!
